Rachel Greene

Person-Centered Therapist

I'm so glad you're here.

I want you to be well and to live the life you want. This is why I specialize my work in helping with two of the most common issues we face today: Anxiety and relationship issues.

I have been a life-long observer of human behavior and have always been fascinated by the human experience.

This natural curiosity, paired with my own experiences with anxiety and the strain it can place on our most meaningful relationships, allows me to empathize with you while holding space for your unique experiences.

I have an eclectic approach to helping.

I meet you where you are in your mental health journey; clarify your goals and obstacles; actively listen; and provide therapeutic techniques and insights. To guide this process, I use a person-centered approach rooted in attunement and your natural strengths to craft an eclectic approach to help you reach your goals.

I use evidence-based interventions.

Specifically, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Radical Acceptance, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, among others, to guide our work together.
